U Return Bends are formed by By therm forming process with a very small bend radius which bend radius smaller than 1.5 tube out diameter(R≤1.5D). Such Return bend tube help save much installation space,widely application to Economizer,Boilers, Heat ex-changers,tube bundles,Radiators, air coolers, air preheater etc. Material including Stainless steel, Duplex stainless steel,Titanium,Carbon steel, Nickel alloy, Copper nickel, Naval Brass, Aluminium bronze, Brass Nickel alloy etc.
