Jetvision Rolls Out Advanced CNC Precision Chamfer Processing for Heat Exchanger Tube Sheet

Jetvision, a professional manufacturer of heat exchanger parts, upgraded full process precision chamfer machining solutions for heat exchanger tube sheet, targeting global petrochemical, thermal power and energy equipment manufacturers. The optimized chamfer technology covers tube hole inner chamfer and outer diameter edge bevel, fully compliant with ASME, TEMA and international pressure vessel machining specifications, solving long standing pain points of tube scratch, poor welding penetration and assembly deviation on conventional tubesheet processing.

Our CNC integrated chamfer workshop realizes one-time forming of single-side & double-side tube hole chamfer, available for common 30°,45°,60°standard chamfer(C1~C5) and customized fillet R chamfer per customer drawing. Compared with traditional manual chamfering, dimensional tolerance controlled within±0.02mm, angle error≤±0.1°, completely remove burrs around hole mouth without heat affected zone on forged substrate.

Two core chamfer types for tube sheet:

Inner Tube Hole Chamfer: Guide smooth tube insertion during expansion & tube welding, avoid sharp edge cutting heat exchange tube surface, greatly lower later leakage risk of tube-to-tubesheet joint;

Outer OD Edge Bevel: Custom V/X/J type welding bevel for tubesheet outer circle, enlarge weld fusion area, improve overall structural tightness for high-pressure heat exchanger equipment.

Alloy structural steel:SAE 4130,4140,4340,4150 forged tube sheet

High temperature boiler steel:ASME A182 F11,F22,F91,F92 pressure vessel tube sheet

Corrosion resistant material:15-5PH,17-4PH stainless steel & titanium clad tube plate

All raw materials adopt open die/closed die forging blank, stable metallographic structure to guarantee consistent chamfer finish after machining.
