Plate heat exchanger leakage is mainly due to unreasonable design of the sealing gasket, due to unreasonable structure of the sealing gasket at the entrance and exit of the flow channel, resulting in the axial load of the media on the plate so that the sealing gasket axial bending deformation, resulting in leakage.
